Joel Goodman, Chief Investment Officer of The Fiduciary Group, celebrated his 50th birthday on September 12th. TFG celebrated this big milestone by decorating Joel’s office with an embarrassing amount of balloons and by serving up a birthday breakfast for the whole team to enjoy. There was plenty to celebrate, as this year also marks Joel’s 15th work anniversary with TFG.
Joel earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia and his MBA from Duke University. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Before joining TFG in 2003, Joel was Vice President of Equity Research at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. Joel, a native of Savannah and a Savannah Country Day graduate, enjoys volunteering his time at his alma mater and spending precious time with his family.
